These terms govern use of the Rallivio Media website and its enquiry form. A campaign or other paid engagement begins only when we and the client agree to a separate written scope and terms.

Website information

Service descriptions explain our approach and are not a promise of specific advertising results, platform approval, or campaign performance. We may update website content and services at any time.

Enquiries

When submitting a brief, provide information you are entitled to share and avoid confidential information until we agree how to handle it. Sending a brief does not create an agency-client relationship or require either party to proceed.

Platform accounts

Any campaign management involving an advertising account requires the account holder’s permission and is subject to the applicable platform’s rules. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by TikTok.

Intellectual property

The site’s original text, design, and branding may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party platform names remain the property of their respective owners.
